If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay and didn’t receive your key, it’s possible the key was sent to your iCloud or Google account email. Please double-check these inboxes. Additionally, when opening a support ticket for this issue, be sure to include the last four digits of the card used for the Apple Pay or Google Pay transaction. This information will help us quickly resolve the problem.
Please note that occasionally our delivery system might experience delays. For payments made via cryptocurrency, the key is only released after the payment is confirmed. For other payment methods, the key is typically sent immediately after the payment is processed.
